Do you take insurance?

Yes. I accept Aetna, BCBS (including Massachusetts), Cigna, Anthem EAP, Carelon, and Quest. I also offer self-pay, sliding scale options, and accept Loveland Foundation vouchers.

What can I expect in my first session?

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you in, explore your goals, and review important policies like confidentiality. You’re welcome to ask any questions—there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for.

How do I schedule an appointment?

What are your rates and do you offer sliding scale?

My standard rate is $150 per 50-minute session. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need—please feel free to inquire during your consultation.
